What happens after I buy credits?
Credits are added to your account immediately after payment. Each credit allows one full RFQ → SOQ pipeline run. Credits never expire.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription?
Yes — cancel anytime from the billing portal. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
What trades does PremiumBid support?

Don't see your trade? Select Other in your company profile and type in your specific profession — the AI will tailor the SOQ accordingly.
What if my RFQ pipeline run fails?
The pipeline includes automatic retry logic and validation. If a run fails completely, contact support and we'll make it right. For pay-per-use, failed runs may consume a credit as API costs are incurred regardless.
Is my RFQ data secure?
Yes. RFQ text is encrypted at rest in Supabase Postgres and is never used to train AI models. Each firm's data is isolated by tenant — other firms cannot see your RFQs or SOQs.
